Description of services: Families by Chloe is a professional photographic service. Photographing things such as but not limited to Family Photography, Newborn Photography, Maternity Photography, Kindergarten/Pre School Photography, and Business Branding Photography.

Photographic Materials and Copyright: All photographic materials, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. Families By Chloe shall own the copyright in all images created.

Client’s Usage: The Client is obtaining digital images and/or prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorise any reproductions thereof.

Photographer’s Usage: Publishing in any form including online and in print by Families By Chloe requires permission from the client which shall be requested at the time of booking.

Social Media: The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. The client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who posts our photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped, altered in colour, or edited in any way. Clients must give photo credit by name to the photographer.

File Storage: Families By Chloe keeps client files for up to 5 years after the photography session. All client files will be deleted and backups will be purged after this period. Files are stored securely over that time period.

Photographic Style: Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view.

The type of personal information collected will depend on the circumstances of its collection and the nature of your photography session. This information may include name, contact details, date of birth, & information relevant to providing you with my services. This is not an exhaustive list.

How is personal information collected and stored?

Personal information is generally collected directly from you via email or a secure online form. It is held in secure databases. While I take reasonable steps to protect the security of your personal information, data protection and security measures can never be 100% guaranteed.
